It is stationary type single shaft, self cleaning, compulsory mixer with dual zone counterflow mixing action.

Working- The side walls, mixing spiral and shell are lined with replaceable highly wear resistant Ni-Hard tiles. The mixer is fitted exactly in front of the plant from which homogeneous mixed concrete easily poured in transit mixer of dumper through discharge hopper. This mixer has a pneumatically operated gate at the bottom which is controlled by pneumatic valve. The beauty of this type of mixer is that it takes only 15 to 30 seconds for mixing according to the mix design. It not only produces concrete more quickly but also of superb quality with no segregation during discharge.
